This resource is made up of a set of illustrated textbooks and activity books. The textbooks are vibrantly illustrated with cartoon characters that the child will associate with readily, and most of the pictures are real life photographs. Used in conjunction with Chinese character flash cards in activities, it helps the child learn through playing. Of especial noteworthiness is the inclusion of an activity book with every textbook. This will surely extend the depth and breadth of the learning activities.
Having been tried out with hundreds of young learners, this set of teaching resource is uniquely effective in elevating the children's language learning ability and interest. They have learnt to extract as well as to apply knowledge in real life, and were gradually able to know how to reason and find answers for themselves. In short, with this resource, children have developed the ability to think and learn independently.
